Portrait of Alura Zor El
Alura Zor El is the Head of the Kryptonian Science council following the retirement of her brother-in-law, Jor El. While Alura has been on the High council since 3373, she only recently (3495) was elected to the post of ‘Prime Minister of the Council.’
Under her leadership the Empire has begun a policy of more interaction with the wider galaxy. It is as of yet unclear how far her policy will be taken.
Alura and her husband Zor El, have one Child, Kara Zor El (born 3378).
